I have had a good experience with Sound Ford on the F-150 I bought. They had a good selection of trucks on the lot. I found one equipped to my satisfaction, with all my must-have options and few of the ones I didn't care about. The service department is open 7 days a week for long hours, something like 8am to 10pm. That makes it convenient to get service done.

I came in with a advertisement for a new focus for $7941. They only had one so i got there at 7am and waited for sales to open at 9am. by 10am I was driving home in my new focus. Sound ford was great to me and there prices were the best.

My family and I were traveling in our Excursion Diesel when all of a sudden out of nowhere it chugged a couple times and died. We had our vehicle towed to Sound Ford late that night well after 9pm. To our surprise the service department was open and they had a diesel mechanic on duty. The kids were able to watch t.v. in the lounge while the truck was being repaired. Not only did they repair our vehicle that night but they did some additional maintenance that drastically increased our fuel economy. Thanks guys you saved my familys vacation !

I have bought a lot of cars, in my time and never have I had such fantastic service. I live in Mill Creek and was in the market for a pre-owned Escape. After going on-line and visiting 4 other dealerships, Sound Ford can out on top by far. Not only did they have the selection, but I didn't expect the service and hassle free pricing. The Sales Manager Nick Rodriguez took personal care of my families vehicle needs. His professionalism made the experience fun and safe for me and my whole family. I know some people have said to watch out for car dealers, but these guys are far from those you should fear. Not only would I recommend that you visit Nick Rodriguez at Sound Ford, but Sound Ford will receive all of my future business.
